Those who have not registered for the “Harukeya TC Osaka - Anniversary Festival” are also welcome to attend.
①Purchase up to 5 packs of your choice at the store or from a vending machine by 6:30 p.m. start time.
②Ask TropiOtsuka to draw one card from a box containing a piece of paper with a theme written on it.
（Example: Instant spell with the highest total mana, creature with the lowest power）
③If you successfully draw a card according to the theme from the opened pack, you will receive a pack of “Modern Horizon 3” Play Booster!
