    Those who have not registered for the “Harukeya TC Osaka - Anniversary Festival” are also welcome to attend.

    * Play Booster Draft Promo will be distributed at random.
    * Three packs of "ModernHorizon3" play boosters will be used.
    * Three rounds will be fixed.
    * You can bring back the cards you used in the draft that you have picked.
    * Entrance fee：Those who have already attended “Harukeya TC Osaka - Anniversary Festival” will be charged 3,500 yen for the package.
    *Those who have not attended will be charged 4,000 yen.
    * Female players will be charged half for participation.(Fractions of 100 JPY will be rounded up to the nearest 100 JPY.)
    * Players of high school age and younger are free of charge, please present your student ID card to the staff at the event registration desk.
