For those who have the vouchers distributed in the Magic League, they will be exchanged for Year of the Dragon promos. *Up to one promo card can be exchanged for each event participation. *Once the available number of cards has been distributed, even if you have an exchange ticket, you cannot exchange it for a promo card.
