    9～16 players: Top 2 / 5 rounds of swiss + 2 round elimination
    17～32 players: Top 4 / 5 rounds of swiss + 1 round elimination
    33～64 players: Top 8 / 6 rounds of swiss
    65～128 players: Top 12 / 7 rounds of swiss
    129 players: Top 16 / 8 rounds of swiss
