■General Information
"Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the number of participants for events ongoing at the same time reaches the capacity.
The capacity is the total number of participants including tournaments held at the same time.
A tournament will be considered valid with 8 or more participants.
After a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a single elimination will be held for the top players.
*The top players in the Swiss round have the right to choose who will go first or second in the single elimination round.
○Deck registration
Those who advance to the Top 8 must register their deck on the day of the event. Pre-registration is also available. Please register at the bottom of this page, ""Deck registration"", or at ""Tournament deck registration"" on your My Page.
○Participating in the middle of a tournament
Participating in the middle of a tournament is accepted up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a forfeit. Participants who join in the middle of a tournament may be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Leaving in the middle of a tournament
You can leave the tournament at any time. Re-entry is not possible.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players will receive half-price entry fees for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please inform the staff when you check in for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Shield (Prerelease), the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee. Any fractional part will be rounded up to the nearest 10 yen. For example, for an event with a 500 yen participation fee, 300 yen will be charged.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players under high school age will be free to participate in all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff when checking in for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Shield, the discount will be applied to the participation fee excluding the pack fee. Any fractional part will be rounded up to the nearest 10 yen. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack fee, 3,000 yen will be charged.

If you participate in the tournament, such as when you make it to the Top 8, you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise shown in media."
