■General Information
"Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that registration will close once the number of participants for events ongoing at the same time reaches the capacity.
The capacity is the combined number of participants for any tournaments held at the same time.
A tournament will be considered valid with a minimum of 8 participants.
○Deck registration
Those who have won 4 or more games must register their deck on the day. Pre-registration is also possible. Please register at the bottom of this page, ""Deck registration"", or at ""Tournament deck registration"" on your My Page.
○Participating in the middle of a tournament
Participants can join in the middle of a tournament up until the start of the second round. The first round will be a forfeit. Participants who join in the middle of a tournament may be given a forfeit for the remaining matches.
○Leaving in the middle of a tournament
You can leave in the middle of a tournament at any time. Re-participation is not possible.
○Half-price discount for women
Female players can enjoy half-price registration for all events hosted by Hareruya. Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
*This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Draft and Shield (Prerelease), discounts will be applied to the entry fee excluding the pack fee. Any fractional part will be rounded up to the nearest ten yen. For example, for an event with a 500 yen entry fee, 300 yen will be charged.
〇Free for high school students and younger
Players under high school age will be free to enter all events hosted by Hareruya. Please present your student handbook to the staff at the event reception.
※This discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discounts. For some events, such as Shield, discounts will be applied to the entry fee excluding the pack fee. Any fractional part will be rounded up to the nearest ten yen. For example, for an event with a 2,970 yen pack fee, 3,000 yen will be charged.
