    "■Who is Takamatsu Ryuo?
    Won the championship in the ""Takamatsu Ryuo"" tournament held every month.
    This is a title that can only be given to someone.

    Those who hold this title will be able to participate free of charge in the following tournaments held at Hareruya Takamatsu store.
    ・Weekday Constructed Battles (Constructed Battles/Commander Battles held at 7pm)
    ・Holiday Constructed Battles (Constructed Battles/Commander Battles held at 6pm)
    ・Holiday tournament held in the same format as when acquiring the right to become the Dragon King
    (“Hareruya Cup” and “Contest” held at 1:00 p.m.)
    (For shield battles, participation fee is free excluding pack fee)
    ・Next Ryuo Tournament (regardless of format)

    *The title of Dragon King is valid for 30 days, including the day you earn it.


    ■Format
    The tournament will be established with a minimum of 8 people.
    If there are not enough participants, it will be held as a regular holiday tournament (Modern).

    If there are 9 or more participants, a preliminary Swiss round will be held according to the number of participants, and the top ranking of the preliminary round will be decided.
    Single elimination will be held.
    If there are 8 participants, there will only be 3 rounds of Swiss Draw.

    ① Female players will receive half price participation fees at all events sponsored by Hareruya.
    *Please inform the staff when registering for the event.
    *Fractions in the 10 yen range will be rounded up. (For events with a participation fee of 500 yen, a participation fee of 300 yen will be charged.)

    ② Furthermore, participation fee will be free for players under high school age!
