  • ■General Information

    **Registration**
    Please come to the event reception counter at the above registration time. Depending on the number of seats remaining due to reservations, those without reservations may not be able to attend on the day of the event.

    **Deck Registration**
    Those who scored X-1 or better need to register the deck on the day. You can also register in advance. Please register from "Deck Registration" at the bottom of this page or "Tournament Deck Registration" on my page.

    **Event Structure**
    4-8players: 3 rounds of Swiss Draw
    9-16 players : 4 rounds of Swiss Draw
    17-20 players : 4 rounds of Swiss Draw and 2players play-of only when two players have 12point after R4,

    **Minimum Number of Participants**
    It will be held if the number of participants is 4 or more.

    **Late Entry**
    Until the start of the second round, you can join. In this case, the entry fee reduced to 500yen and the first round will be lost by default. You may also have bye in the remaining rounds.

    **Discount for high school student or younger**

    Players of high school student and younger are Free of charge at all events hosted by Hareruya.
    Please present your student ID card to the staff at the event registration desk.
    The discount cannot be applied in duplicate with other discounts. For some events, such as Shield, the discount benefit will be applied to the participation fee excluding the cost of the pack, with fractions of 10 yen rounded up.

    **Discount for Female**
    Female players will receive Half off the registration fee for all events hosted by Hareruya. (500yen for this event)Please ask the staff at the event registration desk.

    **Dropping Event**
    You can leave at any time. You will not be able to rejoin.
