　The promo will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
If a player who has already won a prize is awarded a prize within the winning range, only the prize will be moved down.
　The promo will not be moved down.
　The place where the promo will be moved down will be determined based on the ranking at the end of the semi-final round.
　The highest ranked player who does not have the right to participate in the Area Qualifier at the end of the event will be the winner.

The event will start with 8 participants, and after a Swiss round based on the number of participants, a final single elimination will be held to determine the top finishers.
After the Swiss round, the top players will play in the final single-elimination. Top 8 players are required to submit their deck lists.
Participants can join the tournament until the start of the second round. In that case, the first round will be a no-play.
Registration will be closed when the number of participants reaches the maximum number for all ongoing events.
The rule applicable level (REL) will be General.
If there are 17 or more participants, the "Top Prize Promo" will be distributed to the Top 4 players as well.
