    If the number of applicants exceeds the maximum number at the end of the registration time, a drawing will be held.
    The maximum number of participants is the total number of participants for all events being held.
    It is possible to participate until the start of the second round.
    In that case, the first round will be a no-go.
    Swiss round and single elimination will be played according to the number of participants.
