    *Designed for practice of God of Commander, but the ruling is based on Casual when judge is called.
    *You may change your deck each round.　"note: you may not change them at God of Commander on 5th Mar."
    *Events are on a first-come, first-served basis. Capacity may change due to the availability of seats in the store.
