    If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the registration time, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Registration will also be closed when the total number of participants in ongoing events reaches 224.
    After a Swiss round of qualifying based on the number of participants, the top players will play a single elimination.
    Participants can join in the tournament until the start of the second round. In that case, the participation fee will be 500 yen and the first round will be a no-show.
