Only "Commander's Summit in Osaka" participants are eligible to participate in this event.
Rules
* Two (2) wins will advance to the final round; two (2) losses will result in immediate elimination.
* The winner will be the player who wins two games in the second round of the final round.
* Time limit for each round is 50 minutes. However, the final round will last 60 minutes.
* If the game is not decided within the time limit, there will be no winner and all players at the table will be eliminated. However, the winner of the second final round will be decided as follows
(1) The player with the highest life points at the end of the turn in progress at the time the end of the turn is called wins.
(2) If there is more than one player with the greatest number of life points, the player without the greatest number of life points loses and takes a number of extra turns equal to the number of players with the greatest number of life points at that point.
However, the rule "If any player does not have the maximum life total, that player loses the game" is added to the rule.
(3) If after all the extended turns have been completed and there is no winner, all players lose the game.
