    Purchase a Challenger deck and use that deck to compete.
    If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the end of the reception hours, a lottery will be held.
    We will hold a Swiss round according to the number of participants.
    After the Swiss round, the results will be announced and a random prize will be given to those who remain.
    Participation is possible until the start of the second round.
    In that case, the first round will be undefeated.
