It will be held from 3 participants, and the 2nd round will be held with 6 or more participants.
It will be 60 minutes per round, and the extra time will be 1 turn for each player, and if it is still undecided, it will be a draw.
It is possible to change the deck for each round.
"End" is prohibited unless it is unavoidable in an emergency, or if it seems that it will take too long to continue the game in a situation where one player's victory is clear, such as getting an infinite turn.
The special rules of the achievement table are decided before the game starts, and the deck can be changed after that.
The mulligan method is our original "armpit London mulligan".
Players who want to mulligan declare that. Place all your cards face down in a different location from your deck and draw 7 new cards.
If you want to mulligan further, place your hand face down in a place different from the deck, draw 7 new cards, and continue the procedure until you keep it.
If you want to keep it, declare that fact and return all the cards placed in another place to the deck and randomize them.
Select the same number of cards as (Mulligan Count-1) from your hand and place it at the bottom of the library.
