Condition Supplement

+ It is slightly stronger than the corresponding condition, but not quite as strong as the next level above it (it is slightly inferior to the immediately higher level’s “-” distinction).
- It is slightly poorer than the corresponding condition, but not quite as poor as the next level below it (it is slightly superior to the immediately lower levels “+” distinction).
Inked The card has ink on the surface.
Signed The card has a signature.
Sunburn The printed surface of the card faded due to sunlight.

Near Mint (NM)+~-

Cards in Near Mint condition may show minimal wear, slight scratches etc.

Slightly Played (SP)+~-

Cards in Played condition show slight wear, dirt, scratches, etc.

*Please note these are examples. Depending on the size of the damage will change the grading.

Moderately Played (MP)+~-

The card has some slight indentations, scuffing, and dirt build up. It would not be suitable for collection, but it is fit for use in a solid sleeve.

Heavy Played (HP)+~-

The card is clearly scratched with noticeable dirt or grime buildup. Even with a solid sleeve, this card could not be used in a tournament.
If a card has any of the following characteristics, it is automatically, unconditionally classified under this ranking:

・The card has a major crease
・The card is torn
・The card has clear water damage

Poor (POOR)+~-

Even in a sleeve, these graded cards are not suitable for tournament usage.
Double sleeving is recommended for use.

Damaged (DAMAGE)+~-

Damaged cards are torn, have significant water damage, are bent or warped, or have severe bends. Even with a solid sleeve, this card may not be able to use in a tournament.
Please check with the tournament judge if the card is playable in the tournament.

If a card has any of the following characteristics, it is automatically, unconditionally classified under this ranking:

・Any Tear
・Any Delamination

Quality Variations in the Production Process

Any differences in printing or cutting during the manufacturing process will not affect the rank of the condition,
and if there is no description, we will treat them as the same item.

Example.
・Shading of printing, misalignment within the frame
・Foil processing gloss and seams (e.g., Masterpiece series)
・Cutting of cards (those enclosed in pre-constructed products such as Challenger decks may differ from those in booster packs)

【Matte Foil】: There is a matte coating on the art and text part of cards. There is almost no glare on specified area of cards.
