    Champions Cup Final Qualification: The winners of the final match (8 to 12 players) will receive an invitation to the Champions Cup Season 4 Round 1 Final. Additionally, those who earn a Final invitation will receive a Champions Cup Winner Promo Card《笑う者、ジャスパー・フリント/Laughing Jasper Flint》in traditional foil.

    Hareruya Points:
    Hareruya Points will be awarded to players who achieve 4 or more wins, excluding those who earn a Final invitation.
    Players with 5 or better: 10,000 points
    Players with 4 wins or better: 5,000 points

    Top Promo Card: The top 32 players will receive a non-foil Promo Card 《笑う者、ジャスパー・フリント/Laughing Jasper Flint》.
  • ■General Information
    Reservation

    Reservations can be made during the designated period from the “Register” button at the bottom of this page.

    • If you interrupt the registration process midway, the “Cancel” display will disappear after a short time, and you will be able to make a new reservation.
    • If the “Register” button does not reappear after more than 30 minutes, please contact us.
    • The “Register” button will not appear outside the reservation period or after the event is sold out.

    On the day of the event, please check in at the event reception counter during the registration period.


    On Site Registration

    Please come to the event reception counter during the designated registration time.
    Depending on seat availability, players without a reservation may not be able to participate.


    Deck Registration

    All players are required to register their decks before Round 1.
    Please register your deck via the “Decklist” button at the bottom of this page or from “Event Deck Registration” on your My Page.


    Tournament Structure

    The tournament will be held in Swiss rounds based on the number of participants. Each round has a 50-minute time limit.

    • 129+ players: 8 Swiss rounds, Top 12 qualify
    • 97–128 players: 7 Swiss rounds, Top 12 qualify
    • 65–96 players: 7 Swiss rounds, Top 8 qualify

    The event capacity may be expanded depending on reservation status.


    Minimum Number of Participants

    The event will be held if there are at least 65 participants.
    If fewer than 65 players join, the Champions Cup Special Qualifier will be held in a different structure.

    Late Entry

    Late entry is accepted until the start of Round 2 if there are open seats.

    • Entry fee: 3,500 yen
    • Round 1 will be recorded as a loss.
    • You may receive byes for later rounds depending on pairings.

    If a pre-registered player does not check in on time, another player may be admitted. In such cases, late check-in by pre-registered players may not be accepted.


    Dropping from the Event

    You may drop from the tournament at any time. Re-entry is not allowed after dropping.


    Discounts

    ・Female Discount
    Female players receive a 50% discount on the entry fee for all events hosted by Hareruya.
    (Entry fee for this event: 2,000 yen)
    Please inform the staff at the registration desk.
    Cannot be combined with other discounts.

    ・Student Discount (High School or Younger)
    High school students and younger may participate in all Hareruya events free of charge.
    Please show your student ID to the staff at the registration desk.
    Cannot be combined with other discounts.


    On Site Registration and Waiting List

    On site registration is generally first-come, first-served.
    However, if the number of applicants exceeds the capacity at the registration start time, entry will be decided by lottery.

    If the event reaches capacity either through advance reservations or during the registration window, further applicants will be placed on a waiting list.


    Media and Coverage Notice

    If you participate in this event (e.g., as a Top 8 finisher), your appearance may be featured in media coverage such as photos or videos.
