Order checklist

1. Once you have decided on your card, select the amount and press the "Add to Cart" Button. All added items can be found inside your Shopping cart.

2. From the top of the page please choose proceed to checkout or if you are already viewing the contents of your cart, press the checkout button.

3. You will now be directed to enter "personal information", "shipping address", "billing plan". Please make sure all of your information is correctly entered.

*Credit card payments will be made at this step.

4. A confirmation mail will be sent. Please make sure there are no errors in the information contained within.

5.Arrival of goods.

Canceling your order

If your order contains mistakes, or the goods have been damaged please make sure to contact us within 7 days and we will offer support.

We cannot guarantee the integrity of goods after shipping.

*Cancellations for any other reason are done on a case by case basis so we ask that you make certain before purchasing.

Card conditions

On all merchandise the following information can be found

【ENG】=The cards language will be in English

【JPN】=The cards language will be in Japanese


【HPLD】=Heavily played

All cards without a condition notification will be in an excellent or above condition.

* On some of the more expensive cards a "NM+" or "EX-" card condition notification can be found.

* Cards with minor wear to the borders or corners or minor scratches and damage to the surface of a card will be graded as excellent.

* For a detailed explanation of the card conditions please refer to our card grading guide.

Cards bought at our store will all be in an above excellent condition unless otherwise noted.

**Please note that in rare cases there can be minor variations in card conditions.**

Your maximum order for each individual Standard format Mythic Rares, Rares, Uncommons, Commons, Foils card is 8 cards.

If you order more than the maximum number of cards within a day, we will send you a notice mail and cancel your order.

**Please keep in mind that at this point in time payments made from overseas can only be done by Credit card.**

All orders made after 3:00pm will be sent the following day.

During the release of new sets our priority is getting you the set as fast as possible, but due to the amount of orders being processed it can take some time.

There is also a chance that due to bad weather or other outside circumstances your package could be delayed. We apologize for any inconvencience this might cause.

Package tracking ID

Packages sent through EMS can be checked by putting in your 13-digit tracking number on Japan Post`s website.

*Due to our current system, we can only send a confirmation email the following day of the completion of the order. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect order, we humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please contact us by E-mail and use the form found under Contact us.

Make sure to include your order number, name and what cards were missing and/or recieved in error.

*Please be aware we cannot offer support or do refunds if more than 8 days since delivery has gone by.

Damaged Merchandise

In case your order contained damaged merchandise re-imbursement is possible.

Please use the form found under Contact us as well as send an E-mail containing the following

We might ask that you forward the merchandise back to us so we can confirm the condition of it.

Your order contained cards you didn’t order

Incase your order contains expensive cards, we will use inexpensive cards as padding to make sure the expensive cards will not sustain any damage during shipping.

Please accept these cards as is.


For every 100yen worth of purchases you make you will be awarded 1 point.

These points value are equal to 1yen and can be used in increments of 10 on any purchases you make therafter.

*Please note that points will dissapear if no new purchases has been made for 6 months.

Regarding correspondence from our store

After placing an order you will always recieve these following emails.

1.An order confirmation email will be sent automatically.

2.Payment confirmation email. The confirmation email will be sent the moment payment has been recieved except for if payment enters after 3:00pm in which case it will be sent the following bankday. Also if payment would be recieved on a Friday after 3:00pm we cannot send a Cnfirmation mail until Monday or in the case of a bank holiday Tuesday.

3.Shipping confirmation mail. Will be sent after we have processed and shipped your order.

We ask for your understanding that we might also need to contact you at other times as well. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

In the circumstances that our E-mail doesn't reach you, please use the form found at Contact us to inquire about your order, please wait at least 1 business day for a response.

In case there is a delay or trouble with your order we apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask that you make sure your contact information is correct and to check regularly for correspondence.

*Please make sure that our E-mail correspondence is not filtered or deleted due to your mail settings.

*In case of filtering please make sure to allow E-mails from "info@hareruyamtg.com".

*Please make sure You entered the correct E-mail address.

*Please double check your spam folder for correspondence from Hareruya.

Facility Overview

Hareruya Tournament Center is one of the worlds biggest magic stores, with the worlds biggest playspace for up to 300 players.

With an abundance of Magic Vending Machines and rest space, as well as plenty of snacks and refreshments on offer.

We can guarantee you will have a pleasant and comfortable time even during times of long tournament participation.

Please note that everything on sale on the Mail-order site can also be ordered In-store and picked up in no time at all.

How to Use

There are no fees for using our facilities or casually playing outside of tournaments at the store.

To provide an enjoyable environment for all, we ask for your co-operation in abiding by the following rules:

*NO trading or selling of cards between players in or around the vicinity of the store.

*NO playing of card games or board games other than MTG inside the store.

*Keep your volume to an acceptable level, and avoid inconveniencing your fellow players.

*NO opening of packs purchased at another store.

*NO gambling or betting of any kind, as well as any behaviour that inconveniences your fellow players.

The store is especially congested on Saturdays and Sundays so we ask that you keep an eye on your luggage, as we cannot guarantee the safety of luggage nor assume any responsability.

We might ask you to move from your seat due to running a tournament at your table. Please note we might also request you to do this in the middle of a game.

If you plan to play casually with a large amount of players please notify us in advance.

Lost and found

Lost and Found items will be kept for up to 3 months, to claim your lost item please contact our staff.

If you come across any misplaced or lost items, please alert the staff.

We cannot be held responsible for any items lost inside of the store, we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Weekday Tournaments

At Hareruya Tournament Center we have Standard, Modern, Legacy and booster draft tournaments going every day.

Depending on the day there is also Pauper, Sealed and other special tournaments.

Large scale Tournaments

Hareruya sponsored tournaments such as "Kami Series", "The Last Sun", "Preliminary Pro-tour Qualifier" or "Regional Pro-tour Qualifier" and other large scale tournaments are held at Hareruya Tournament Center.

Large scale Tournaments might overlap with normal tournaments so make sure to keep track of the tournament schedule.

If you plan to participate in a Large scale Tournament place carefully read the details beforehand as special conditions might apply.

*You cannot pre-register for the normal weekday or weekend tournaments.

*For some special events and tournaments you can pre-register, please look over the details of the individual events and tournaments for this information.

*You cannot register by phone, please make your way to Hareruya Tournament Centers tournament desk before the event or tournament starts.

Joining a Tournament after it's started

In some cases we allow for participation in a tournament from the second round onward, the first round of the tournament will be counted as a loss.

Participation fees will be slightly down for 500JPY Tournaments to 300JPY and for 1000JPY tournaments to 500JPY.

Incase you wish to participate from round 2 onwards of a Tournament please ask the staff at the tournament counter.

No matter what Tournament, joining it past round 2 is not possible.

About Our Deck List Publishing Policy

There are times when we ask that players submit deck lists when participating in tournaments held in the Hareruya Tournament Center. The following is our policy on handling these deck lists for publication.

・For regular events like weekday “Daily Events” and weekend tournaments (such as Hareruya Cups or the 5pm and 8pm weekend flights), we can honor “do not publish” requests. If you wish to keep your deck list unpublished, please be sure to indicate “do not publish” on your deck list.

・For other events such as the Kami Series Finals, The Last Sun Qualifier Tournaments, Grand Prix Trials, etc. we do not accept “do not publish” requests. Any submitted deck list, regardless of its final placement or earnings, may be subject to publication via media such as columns, coverage articles, deck list search engines, Twitter, and so on.

・The week before any Pro Tour, domestic Grand Prix, or domestic World Magic Cup Qualifier, events like The Last Sun Qualifiers or Grand Prix Trials may honor “do not publish” requests. However, even during this period, Hareruya Premiere Events (such as the Kami Series Finals) will not. If you wish to keep your deck list unpublished, please be sure to indicate “do not publish” on your deck list.

Shopping at Hareruya Tournament Center

For orders in-store please use our computers.

From the "Order Computers" access the Hareruya webpage and add your merchandise to the cart and proceed to checkout.

After you complete your order, we will display your Order ID on the shop monitors as soon as your items are ready.

How to collect your "Over-the-counter" order

When purchasing using your own computer or cellphone please select "Over-the-counter" afterwards please tell the Cashier your order number, you will then receive your number card.

*Several simultaneous orders possible.

In-store only Merchandise

You can find Played cards and Bargain foils together with other special offerings such as playmats and more in the display cases at the store.

We also offer a wide variety of other products such as sleeves, dice, deck boxes, folders and other stationary.

In-store purchase Return Policy

We only accept refunds for damaged or defective products.

All cards in the store without a condition indicator will be in a NM or EX condition.

Cards that meet our condition requirements cannot be returned, we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Selling cards to Hareruya Tournament Center

To sell your cards please go to the Buying counter and notify the staff you wish to sell cards.

Please bring personal identification that shows your current address, we will also ask you to either bring a Japanese inkan(id stamp) or have you stamp the forms with a thumbprint.

*Please note that without proper identification we cannot accept your cards.

Staff well versed in condition checks and the value of cards will evaluate the cards one-by-one right infront of you, so feel free to overlook the process.

After the card evaluation has finished if you are not satisfied with the evaluation of your cards you may cancel the sale of any individual card or all of them.

There are no limitations on how many cards you can sell at any one time, but please note depending on the amount of cards being sold it may take some time to evaluate them.

When you wish to sell a large amount of cards you can contact us by phone for a time assessment of the card evaluation.

Sellable merchandise

Other than single cards and booster packs we also buy Playmats,Deck Boxes, Folders,Pre-made decks, books and most other items related to MTG.

Buying counter business hours

The Buying counter is open until 10:00pm but after 9:00pm we cannot accept sales of more than 30 cards at a time.

*Incase we cannot finish the evaluation by closing time we will have it done by the next day, we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
